CONTRACT AGREEMENT
The Yoga & Pranayam (hereinafter called Y & P) DVD is sold on the specific agreement that this Y & P DVD is solely for the use of the buyer and will not be copied, duplicated or exhibited publicly. The user must see the entire tape and read all the instructions and notes provided with each exercise before practicing any exercise. The viewer and the reader must use caution in following the instructions about each exercise. There are certain exercises that very young or very old people may not be able to perform without proper supervision or guidance. Some exercises need practice before they can be correctly performed. All breathing exercises have to be performed exactly as instructed with inhaling and exhaling as shown. Yoglite will not accept any liability for misuse, incorrect use or improper application of any unit of exercise. Proper attire must be used during the exercise and any ornaments, bracelets, necklaces, loose wrist watches should be removed during the exercise practice. Yoglite should be indemnified against any claims raised by unauthorized users, amateurs and users unfamiliar with Y & P. Yoglite does not guarantee weight loss over a period of time after performing these exercises though you can lose weight if these exercises are practiced along with a very strict diet.
